Buckingham Boosters January meeting

The Buckingham Boosters January meeting was held on January 28, 2018 at the Heartland Coop. President Levi Beenken called the meeting to order at 4:30pm. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Dylan Hosek. Stan Miller read the minutes from the previous meeting. Dylan Hosek made a motion to approve the minutes and Dalton Kucera seconded. Motion passed. Roll call question was answered by 11 members. Ryan Hosek gave the treasurer’s report. Outstanding bills were to Rebecca Dostal for 20 dollars for Winter Carnival supplies. Hailey Palmer made a motion to approve the treasurer’s report Dylan Hosek seconded. Motion was approved.

Old business was The Humane Society reported on by Stan Miller, FSQA reported on by Ryan Hosek, Beef weigh in reported on by Levi Beenken, and The Winter Carnival reported on by Ryan Hosek.

The “New” business was motion by Dylan Hosek to go Roller Skating seconded by Mason Hosek. Motion passed. Aaron Snider made a motion to work at Pizza Palace as a Fundraiser Ryan Hosek seconded, motion passed. Dylan Hosek made a motion to go to a Hockey game on March 16th, Mason Hosek seconded, motion passed. The other new business was the Bus trip to ISU, if anyone is interested contact Jenny Hulme ASAP. Aaron Snider made a motion to adjourn and Mason Hosek seconded, motion passed. The 4-H pledge was led by Dalton Kucera. Ryan Hosek did a presentation on Silkie chickens characteristics and care. This month’s meeting host was Dylan, Ryan and Mason Hosek.
