Redhawks run over Gladbrook-Reinbeck 48-10

Dalton Hulme eclipsed the 100-yard mark for the second time in three games as North Tama pummeled Gladbrook-Reinbeck 48-10 on the road last Friday.

Hulme finished the day with 103 yards rushing and four total touchdowns – three on the ground and one on a 29-yard fumble recovery on the defensive side.

Jacob Wrage threw for 264 yards and three touchdowns, including two to Mitchell Boerm, who had five receptions for 87 yards. Brent Billerbeck also had six catches for 81 yards and a score.

Billerbeck picked off a pass on the defensive side, as did Nolan Hefty, who also had 11 total tackles on the day. Brandon Kaufman led the team with 13 tackles, including one for a loss, as the Redhawk defense held the Rebels scoreless in the second half.

North Tama, 6-1 (4-0), has a bye week before taking on Grundy Center, 2-4 (2-2) October 12 at 7 p.m.
