Arrests

Trisha, Kathleen Mundt, 20, of Clutier, was arrested Monday, June 1 for a warrant, driving while license was revoked and driving while license was suspended and was released Tuesday, June 2 on her own recognizes.

A juvenile age 17, was arrested for possession under the legal age and making available to others under the legal age. The juvenile was arrested at the corner of Hwy 63 and 3rd St.

Ryan Jason Papakee, 36, of Tama was arrested Tuesday, June 2 in the 1700 Blk of Hwy 30 at 11:45 a.m. on the charge of public intoxication and consumption. The individual pled guilty and was released.

Jesus Gallardo Moreno, 27, of Des Moines was arrested on Tuesday, June 2 on a warrant for two counts of failure to appear.

Susette Edna Blackbird, 25, of Council Bluffs was arrested Wednesday, June 3 on a charge of violation of the terms of probation. Blackbird was later bonded out.

Kristie Sue Gardalen, 39 of Conrad was arrested Friday, June 5 at 13468 330th St. on a charge of malicious prosecution and making a false report to law enforcement. Gardalen was later bonded out.

Jon Allen Kahler, 47, of Traer was arrested at the corner of Taylor and Second Streets on Sunday, June 7 on a charge of OWI third offense. Kahler was later released for pre-trial release.

Ronald Lee Mumby, 46 of Chelsea was arrested on Monday, June 8 on a warrant. Mumby was later released on Tuesday, June 9 on his recognizes.
