Buffalo Rancher next at the Traer Library

On Thursday June 18 at 7 p.m. Tom Dreesman from Tama will present “Raising and eating buffalo in Tama County”. If you are interested in an healthy alternative meat or are simply curious about the possibility of expanding your cuisine, you will enjoy this next program. Tom will detail what it is like to raise bison/buffalo and will bring some samples, too. Dreesman Buffalo Ranch also hosts hunting experiences and trail rides.
