Ruth Caslavka was born in Benton County on May 28, 1930 to Lee and Maggie Harwood. She married George Caslavka on July 3, 1948 at the Little Brown Church in Nashua. George passed away March 23, 2002. Her children are George Jr. of Vinton and Steve (Monica) of Hudson. Ruth has one grandchild, Shawn(Ashley) also of Hudson. Ruth will celebrate her 80th birthday with a family get together.
