Carroll Township Homemakers held meeting

The Carroll Township Homemakers met on September 23 at 11:30 for lunch at Granny’s in Toledo.

After lunch, the president opened the meeting. Roll call was “What do you like about Fall?” Roll was answered by five members present.

The President had a reading about the sale of KZAT Station which everyone was dissappointed about the sale.

The secretary read the minutes of the last meeting and also the treasuerer’s report. All was accepted.

Members were told to send their list of books and authors to the president.

Lillian Dostal made a motion to keep all the old officers. The motion was seconded by Beatrice Hushak. All accepted.

The next meeting will be Nov. 19.

The door prize was won by Marcella Dvorak.

The meeting was adjourned.
