Craig and Karen Wolf of rural Erie and Dennis and Sharon Stoakes of Traer are proud to announce the engagement of their children Corindy Ann Wolf and William Dennis Stoakes.

The couple plan to marry on December 10, 2011 at 3:30 p.m. at the Erie Christian Church. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the ceremony and reception afterwards at the Wild Rose Casino & Resort in Clinton.

The bride-elect is a 2000 graduate of Erie High School and a 2004 graduate of Western Illinois University in Malcomb, graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education. She had been a fifth grade teacher at Edison Elementary School in Macomb.

The prospective bride-groom is a 1999 graduate of North Tama High School in Traer and a 2002 graduate of Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids where he majored in crop production. He farms and is also employed at Pioneer Hi-Bred.
