Cecil (Razzy) Rasmussen celebrated his 88th birthday at his unit at Sunrise Hill Care and Rehab Center on Wed. Jan. 21. Guests, which included granddaughter Angle, had a great dinner. Graham baked the cake and was also there for the dinner. Ruby Rhoades and Ruth Rasmussen also had a enjoyable day.
