Alejandro Bonilla, 19, Tama, pled guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $65.
Bonilla was originally charged on Aug. 28 with possession of marijuana by Tama Police Officer David Rangell.
Danny Raymond Fouch, 57. Garwin, entered a written guilty plea to 1st offense drunken driving. He was charged on Oct. 7 in Garwin by Tama County Deputy Sheriff Wes Sebetka.
Fouch was sentenced to 30 days in jail with all but two days suspended and fined $1,250.
Brooke Venisa Pesina, 18, Tama, pled guilty to a charge of assault causing bodily injury. She was charged with punching a another person two or three times with a closed fist by Tama Police Officer Nathan Shepard on Sept. 15.
Pesina was given a deferred judgement, fined $315 and placed on unsupervised probation for one year.
Kenneth Wade Osipchak, 19, Tama, entered a written guilty plea to 1st offense drunken driving. He was sentenced to two days in jail and fined $1,250.
He was charged on Nov. 29 at 370th Street and P Avenue by Tama County Deputy Sheriff Bryan Ellenbecker.
Dani Michelle Arnold, 19, State Center, pled guilty to a charge of first offense drunken driving. She was charged on July 26 by Toledo Police Officer Kimberly Schwartz on U.S. Highway 30. A charge of eluding or attempting to elude law enforcement filed the same day by Tama County Deputy Sheriff Brian Ellenbecker was dismissed.
Arnold was sentenced to two days in jail and fined $1,250.
Anthony Joseph Elliott, 18, Dysart, was fined $100 and ordered to make restitution after entering a written guilty plea to a charge of 5th degree theft.
Elliott was originally charged with 3rd degree burglary, possession of burglary tools and 4th degree theft by Dysart Police Chief Tim Ruroden. Elliott was accused of taking a cash box containing $300 from Van’s Locker in Dysart on Jan. 26, 2008.
Nickolas Jay Murty, 22, Toledo, entered a written guilty plea to a charge of 5th degree criminal mischief.
Murty was originally charged with 4th degree criminal mischief for allegedly breaking a windshield in a pickup truck on Sept. 21 by Tama Police detective John Carr. He was fined $65.
