Gold Star Singers visit the UNI Gallagher-Bluedorn

Pictured here are (l-r) Anna Garwood, Mrs. Katie Heaford, and Brock Hadachek during the Gold Star Award for Outstanding Teaching night at the Gallagher-Bluedorn at UNI on Tuesday May 18. Anna and Brock were members of the Gold Star Singers, which was a group of 4th, 5th, and 6th grade students from schools in Black Hawk County. Mrs. Heaford was responsible for auditioning, selecting, and working with Anna and Brock, who are 5th grade students at D-G Elementary.
