Back-to-School Registration for the 2023-2024 school year will start on Tuesday, August 1 and will last through Thursday, August 10. Book fees will be discounted $10 per student if paid on or before August 10. All students need to be registered by Monday, August 14. While registration will take place entirely online, families can make an appointment if they need help with registration. Links and instructions can be found at http://www.ntredhawks.org/registration. Please do not register before August 1.

Registration includes paying school fees and filling out online forms, which can be accessed at the link above. Registration fees are discounted by $10.00 from August 1 through August 10.

With the discount, Kindergarten-6th Grade book fees are $50 and Junior High/High School book fees are $115. School fees can be paid online through PaySchools Central and a receipt will be emailed. Fees can be paid with a debit card, credit card, or check online.

Everyone registering after August 10 will be charged the full book fee price of $60 for the Elementary and the full price of $125 for the JH/HS.

In addition to book fees, students in some courses, such as band and chorus, will have additional fees assigned to them in PaySchools Central. Parents will also have the opportunity to add optional items such as yearbooks, memory books and athletic tickets.

Additional fees may be charged to a student for items and materials that become the property of the student and are above and beyond the minimum requirements identified to complete the course. This is especially applicable in classes such as art and industrial tech where students may elect to do more than the minimum requirements for the class. These additional fees will not be paid at registration. Students will be charged these costs as they occur during the school year.

Assignment books will be provided to all students in grades 4, 5, and 6 and will be handed out on the first day of school. Lost books can be replaced at a cost of $5.00.

Junior High (7th and 8th) students will be required to have a North Tama student planner. The school will provide and distribute the planners on the first day of school. Lost planners can be replaced at a cost of $5.00.
