TRAER – North Tama County Community School District residents are being asked to participate in the district’s strategic planning.

Strategic planning is a process wherein a school district sets long-term goals and outlines a path to achieve said goals. A strategic plan assists a district in better aligning resources, enhancing community support, and ultimately improving student outcomes.

The district is seeking feedback on each section of its current strategic plan draft, including Vision, Mission, Core Priorities, and Values and Beliefs.
