Redhawks suffer loss to Tripoli
On Dec 12, the North Tama Redhawk’s boys basketball team suffered a conference loss against Tripoli at home 68-58 with 18 team turnovers.
The most points scored by the Redhawks occurred during the second quarter with 19 points. Junior, Brendon Boerm, scored a total of 27 points, four assists, three steals and five fouls in his four quarters of play. Following Brendon was junior, Lucas Hefty, with 14 points, one assist and four fouls during his four quarters of play. Junior, Cade Isenhower, contributed to the Redhawk’s score with seven points, two assists, one steal and three fouls in his four quarters of play. Junior, Tyler Cizek and freshman, Mitchell Boerm also contributed to the Redhawk’s score with four points each. Tyler was credited with three assists, one steal and five fouls in his four quarters of play. Mitchell achieved one steal and four fouls. Senior, Jeremy Wrage, scored two points for the Redhawks and contributed one steal and five fouls in his four quarters of play.
The boys next game is Dec 15, at Garwin.

On Dec 11, the North Tama Redhawk’s boys basketball team achieved a great conference victory at Janesville 42-30 with 13 turnovers.
The most points scored in the conference game took place during the fourth quarter with 15 total points. Junior, Lucas Hefty, was the highest scoring player on the Redhawks with a total of 12 points. Lucas was also credited with two assists, one steal and three fouls in his four quarters of play. Junior, Tyler Cizek, followed Lucas with eight points and two fouls in his four quarters of play. Junior, Jon Koob, Brendon Boerm and Cade Isenhower also contributed to the victory with five points each. Jon had one assist during his four quarters, Cade had five assists, five steals and two fouls in his four quarters. Brendon was credited with one steal and five fouls while playing his four quarters. Senior, Jeremy Wrage, contributed four points to the Redhawk’s conference victory.
The boys next game is against Tripoli at home on Dec 12.
Redhawks suffer loss to Garwin
On Dec 15, the North Tama Redhawk’s boys basketball team suffered another conference loss at Garwin against GMG 55-52 with 25 team turnovers.

The most points scored by the Redhawks was junior, Cade Isenhower, scored 20 points and was credited with three assists, three steals and three fouls in his four quarters of play. Junior, Tyler Cizek, followed with the second highest points scored with 10 points, one assists, one steal and three fouls in his four quarters of play. Junior, Brendon Boerm, contributed nine points and was credited with one assist, one steal and four fouls in his four quarters of play. Freshman, Mitchell Boerm, attributed six points, one steal and was credited with three fouls. Senior, Sean Dengler, and junior, Lucas Hefty, both scored two points. Lucas was credited with one assist, three steals and two fouls in his four quarters of play and Sean was credited with one assist and one steal in his three quarters of play. Also, senior, Jeremy Wrage, scored one point and was credited with one foul in his four quarters of play.
The boys next game is Friday, Dec. 18
Redhawks suffer conference loss
On December 15, the North Tama Redhawk’s girls basketball team suffered a close conference loss at GMG 46-44. The girls started strong with 16 points in the first quarter but did not hold all the way through and finished with seven points in the fourth quarter.
Sophomore, Kailey Kladivo, scored the most points for the Redhawks with 11 points. Kailey was also credited with three steals and one foul in her four quarters of play. Close behind her in points was team player, senior, Kelsey Upah, with a total of ten points, one assist, four steals, two blocks one one foul in her four quarters of play. Senior, Alex Oletski, scored nine points and was credited with one steal and five fouls in her four quarters of play. Senior, Morgan Halupnick, contributed to the score with six points and she was also credited with three assists, one steal and two fouls in her four quarters of play. Junior, Amanda Howard, contributed with four points. Junior, Erin Herink, and freshman, Allison Zobel both scored two points. Erin had the most assists on the Redhawks with five assists, three steals, and two fouls in her four quarters of play. Allison, was credited with two assists, one steal and no fouls in her four quarters of play.

The girls next game is December 18, a home conference game against CAL.
