Nicole Marie Rohach and Travis Michael Ledvina were united in marriage on Oct. 2, 2010 at 4 p.m. in an outdoor ceremony at Otter Creek Lake and Park. Rev. Karen Norton officiated the ceremony.

Parents of the couple are Lisa Rohach of Toledo and Thomas and Loretta Ledvina of Elberon. Grandparents of the couple are Clarence and Sharon Yuska of Toledo, Delores Rohach and special friend Warren Roth of Tama, the late Henry and Cecilia Sieck, the late Harry Ledvina and the late Helen Ledvina.

A reception and dance followed at the CSA Hall in Vining. Host and Hostesses were Glen and Rebecca Cline, uncle and aunt of the groom, and Jeff and Merri Blocker, uncle and aunt of the bride.

The bride wore a Maggie Sottero gown in diamond white. The a-line dress featured a v-shaped neckline, corset closure and a rhinestone embellished belt. The bride handmade her veil and she carried a pink and white bouquet of hydrangeas, roses, stargazer lilies, stephanotis and orchids, accented with crystal jewels, made by the groom’s mother.

The matron of honor was Sara Pirtle, friend of the couple. Bridesmaids were Leah Hoskey, friend of the couple, and Rachel Rohach, sister of the bride. They wore strapless floor length gowns in black.

Karly Ledvina, niece of the groom, was the flower girl and wore a white dress with pink sash. Amy Ledvina, sister-in-law of the groom was the personal attendant. The best man was T. J. Ledvina, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Troy Cline, cousin of the groom and Tyler Ledvina, brother of the groom. The gentlemen in the wedding party were attired in black tuxedos with pink vests and ties.

Ushers were Nathan Halupnick, Stan Hayek and Ryan Pirtle, friends of the couple. Guest Book attendants were Samantha Blocker, cousin of the bride, and Aubrey Stechcon, niece of the groom. Program attendants were Riley Rohach, brother of the bride, and Daniel Blocker, cousin of the bride.

Nicole is employed as a Youth Service Worker for the Polk County Juvenile Detention Center in Des Moines. Travis is employed as a Senior Support Technician for John Deere in Urbandale.

The couple took a winter honeymoon in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. They reside in Des Moines.
