Family: Wife Kaylena Neegaard, Daughter Maryn and Son Trace

What motivated you to run for city council? I wanted to be involved so I could be more involved with helping the city plan for now and the future.

What qualities and behaviors should city council members exhibit? Ability to listen to constituents, divide plans for the future and manage multiple projects at once.

What do you see as the primary roles and responsibilities for the position you are running for? Being open to suggestions and creating a plan and following through with it. Also, being open minded to new ideas.

What challenges do you see small, rural communities like yours facing today as compared to larger cities and suburbs? What do you plan to do to help meet those challenges as a city council member/mayor? Growth is the only way cities can offer their citizens more. The more people, the more opportunities, the more financial resources.

Why should people vote for you on November 2, 2021? I am very level headed and also open to new ideas to accomplish the task at hand. I feel that I can help my city grow and achieve those goals that we set in front of us.
