The Traer Historical Museum now looks spiffy and new with a renovated facade. Above, the new sign that adorns the museum. Below, the awning was also refabricated, tinted windows were added and a fresh coast of paint was applied to give the museum a great new look.

The MVP (Museum Volunteer Persons) group met at the Traer Historical Museum on February 6. Those interested in “sitting” at the museum signed up for Wednesday afternoons, and added their names to a list of people to call when tour appointments were scheduled. Other interests and projects were discussed.

The March meeting for the Traer Historical Museum volunteer group will be at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, March 4 at the museum. Preparing and addressing museum Spring 2022 newsletters will be on the agenda.
