Dysart Golf Car Cruise tootles into town

Close to 40 carts tootled onto Main Street this past Wednesday, August 10 for the annual Dysart Golf Car Cruise co-sponsored by Dysart’s Blue Hat team and Dysart Development Corporation. Best of Show this year went to Linda Nelson while the winner of the Patriotic Theme category was Steve Bruce. Third place went to Lori Nolan. Winners of Young’s Golf Car services – donated by Craig and Julie Dunlap – were Kayla Schlotterback and Michelle Richards. Other prizes awarded this year included ten $10 Dysart Dollars (donated by DDC), 10 bags of breadsticks (donated by Jackie Hennessy), and an LB’s Pizza gift certificate (donated by LB’s Pizza). “It was a wonderful evening,” Blue Hat member Pat Hansen said. “We thank all who participated and supported this community event.”
