MARSHALLTOWN – The North Tama Esports Overwatch 2 team took third place on Feb. 23 at the Iowa High School Esports Association’s State Winter Final held at the Orpheum Theatre in Marshalltown. The Redhawks went 3-1 on the day, beating Dike-New Hartford, Lake Mills, and Belmond Klemme. Their only loss was to the eventual winter final champion Wapello. The team is coached by Levi LaRue. Redhawk captains this season include senior Landon Kucera and junior Johnathan Cochran.
