GLADBROOK – Attention Gladbrook School graduates, employees, family members, and citizens! The school structure may be gone but memories will last forever. A Panther Pavilion is about to become a reality. We have some plans in the works but need your help to raise money to get the project done.

Our current plan is to build a pergola structure on the south end of Gladbrook City Park big enough to hold a seating area, etchings of the building in granite, and some of the original bricks from the school building.

To make all of this happen, we are going to sell engraved bricks with your name, year graduated, years spent there, connection with the school, etc. Please be on the lookout for more information on the Gladbrook School Facebook page, the Gladbrook City webpage, as well as at local businesses where order forms will be available as early as April 1. Be on the lookout for the forms as well as more information as we move forward with plans and fundraising.

We are excited to have something in place sometime in the future months to commemorate our school that stood for many, many years. Go Panthers!
