TOLEDO – Supervisors are moving on to Phase II.
As the morning dew reflected the bright, new day sunlight shining overhead, only a couple of regulars decided to show up for the Monday, Aug. 11 meeting of the Tama County Board of Supervisors, making for a sparse crowd. The meeting was punctuated by an approximately hour-long closed session regarding the Salt Creek Wind project.
Upon reentering open session, the board approved a motion to direct counsel to send to the counsel of Salt Creek Wind Phase II the revised settlement agreement, the old road use agreement, and the old decommissioning plan.
The board also set a public hearing for Sept. 8 at 9:30 a.m. for the development agreement with Salt Creek Wind Phase II.
