CLUTIER – A couple of youngsters recently won big as part of Clutier’s 125th anniversary celebration which took place the first weekend in August to coincide with the community’s annual Bohemian Plum Festival Concert and Fun Day festivities. Lili Bagenstos of LeClaire (first photo) was the winner of the trike raffle, while Syncere Papayou of Tama (middle photo, pictured with his older brother) won the bike raffle. A week later as part of the Winding Stairs Festival, William Stover (third photo, pictured with his family) won the Traer bike raffle. All three raffles were sponsored by ZCBJ BetterLife.
