TRAER – Dale Exline and Walter Brandt met detasselers at the Traer Post Office building in the summer of 1958. The young people rode in the truck to Funk’s seed fields for the day and brought them back at the end of the day. The building is currently the La Terazza Mexican Grill & Seafood restaurant.
