TRAER – The Green Gable Service Station on the corner of Main and Seventh Streets was built by Joe Seda in 1930. The new structures followed an English Style of architecture, with large casement windows, and light brown brick. The office building included a refreshment stand and restrooms. The wide concrete drive had three gasoline pumps and the south building was used for car repair services and tire repair. The last person to operate a gas station at the site was Don Farland. It then became a car wash for several years. Ivan Stansbery later converted the buildings to apartments and added the A-frame façade.
