Announcements

-Literary Collective will meet Tuesday, Sept. 29 at 7 p.m. Join us for this informal literacy program for adults. Enjoy light refreshments, conversations about books, and bookish activities. Please let us know if you plan to attend.

-Are you looking for activities on early out days? Stop by the library for Early Out Hangout. Find our usual activities like crafts and coloring, plus some extra things like Bingo, Bee Bots, and race tracks. Please note: Children must be 8 years old to be in the library without direct caregiver/parent supervision. Caregivers must be at least 12 years old.

-Afternoon Book Club will meet Monday, October 5 at 1:30 p.m. to discuss The Stolen Queen by Fiona Davis. Contact the library to reserve a copy. New members are always welcome!

-STEAM Central will continue to meet Thursday afternoons into the fall. We have new STEM activities and will add some themed challenges for the fall holidays.

-Halloween is just around the corner, and we’re starting to get ready for our annual party! It’s the same night as Dysart’s Trunk-or-Treat and Dancing with the Witches. Stop in before or after these events to extend your Halloween fun! Play games and get treats on Thursday, October 22 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the library (320 Main St.)
