Norma (Mask) Crabb

Norma Rose (Mask) Crabb, 78, of Arlington, Texas, passed away after a brief illness on July 2, 2021.

Norma was born March 20, 1943, in Dysart, Iowa, daughter of Ernest and Rose Mask. She graduated in 1961 from Dysart-Geneseo High School.

Norma married Larry Albers in 1964 and they divorced in 1976. In 1977, Norma met Monty Crabb, the love of her life, in Cedar Rapids, IA. Norma and Monty Crabb were married in Hutchinson, KS, in 1979. She and Monty lived in Hutchinson and Wichita, KS, raising her two daughters, before eventually moving to Lubbock and Arlington, TX.

Norma worked in sales for many years and was a promotional sales representative at Quaker State Motor Oil. She enjoyed bowling and traveling for bowling tournaments. She was also an active member of the Crossroads Christian Church in Arlington, TX, for many years. She was a great cook and she looked forward to getting her hair and nails done every few weeks.

Norma is survived by her husband, Monty Crabb of Arlington, TX; her brother and brother-in-law: Dale (Dorothy) Mask of Leawood, KS, and Rick (Linda) Crabb of Hutchinson, KS; her five children and step-children: Mike (Roxann) Crabb of Altoona, IA, Regina (Gregg) Whitsett of Chesterfield, VA, Rae Ditto, of Green Cove Springs, FL, Elizabeth (John Lisiecki) Albers of Skokie, IL, and Christine (Albers) Fuchs of Cedar Rapids, IA; and her grandchildren: Melissa, Daniel, and Eliana Crabb; Michelle and Stefanie King; Matthew Whitsett; Dylan and Abby Ditto; and Emmett Lisiecki. Norma was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Rose Mask.
