Morris Larry Dinsdale

Morris Larry Dinsdale was born on December 30, 1941, on the family farm near Traer, the son of Floyd and Mae (Koster) Dinsdale. Morris graduated from Dinsdale High School in 1959. On October 19, 1963, he was united in marriage to Mary McKinley. The couple made their home on the family farm. Morris was a dairy farmer for many years. He enjoyed wood carving, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family. Morris died at the age of 79 on December 8, 2021, at UnityPoint Health in Marshalltown. He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Mark Dinsdale; and a brother, Thomas Dinsdale. Morris is survived by his wife; 3 children, Shari Dinsdale of Marshalltown, Michael (Joni) Dinsdale of Spokane, Washington, and Adam Dinsdale of Waterloo; 7 grandchildren, Holly, Dan, Brooke, Blaire, Josie, Mirandi, and Noah; many great grandchildren; and a sister, Joyce (Larry) Buchholz.
