Dallas Gene Cizek, 76

Dallas Gene Cizek, 76, of Bettendorf and formerly of Traer, passed away Thursday, August 31, 2023, at his home due to natural causes. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, September 23, 2023, at 10:30 AM at the First Presbyterian Church in Toledo with Pastor Tom Bower officiating. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Toledo. A Memorial Visitation will be held Saturday, September 23, 2023, from 9:30 AM until the time of service at the church.

Survivors include two children, Penny (Rob) Soat, of Huxley and Paul Cizek, of Traer; five grandchildren: Channing (Megan) Soat, of Dallas Center, Lucas Cizek, of Cedar Rapids, Maxwell Cizek, of Waxahachie, TX, Chase Soat, of Newberg, and Josef Cizek, of Manchester; two great grandchildren, Maelynn and Isla Soat, of Dallas Center; one brother, Delane (Jackie) Cizek, of Toledo.

A memorial fund will be established.

Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home, Tama-Toledo, is assisting the family with arrangements.
