Jennifer Breakenridge

Jennifer Breakenridge, 72, passed on November 24, 2023, at her home in University Park, Iowa. Born April 11, 1951, Jenny was raised in Dinsdale, Iowa and had a kind, sweet, generous nature, always offering a helping hand to friends and family. Quilting, fishing and road trips were among her interests. Jenny attended Dinsdale and North Tama schools and graduated West Waterloo High School in 1969. She worked at Pella Windows in Pella, IA for over three decades.

Jenny was preceded in death by her mother, Wilma Buchanan, father Warren ‘Punch’ Breakenridge, stepmother Gloria Breakenridge, sisters Becky Mitchell and Penny Gordon. She is survived by her sisters Judi Risk, of Palm Desert, CA, Susan O’Donnell, of Bradenton, Fl, Donna (Randy) Evenson, of Apache Junction, AZ, Peggy (Terry) Finzen, of Traer, IA and her brother Scott (Judy) Breakenridge, of Hudson, IA, along with her honorary sister Leslie Breakenridge, of Liberty, MO. Her numerous nieces and nephews were the true joy of her life.

Jenny will be interred at Buckingham Cemetery, Traer, IA, and a celebration of her life will be planned at a later date.
