Austin Burcham

Austin David Burcham, age 26 of Newcastle, Nebraska, passed away as a result of injuries sustained in a single car accident on February 24, 2026. Though his time on earth was too short, the impact Austin made on those around him will be felt for a lifetime.

Funeral Services were held on Monday, March 2, 2026, at Faith Lutheran Church in Maskell, Nebraska with burial at the Maskell Cemetery.

Austin is survived by his father, David Burcham of Newcastle, Nebraska and mother, Linda (Beenken, Michel) Burcham of Hudson, Iowa; siblings: Daniel, Heather, and Zachary; grandmother, Marlene Beenken of Hudson, Iowa; and many more loving family members and friends.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert and Ivadell Burcham; grandfather, George Beenken; aunt, Tammie Rasmussen, and cousins: Amanda Rasmussen, Liam Fitzwater, and Nick Hagen.
