Dear Editor:

The Kubik-Finch American Legion Post #142 of Traer is asking everyone 16 years of age and older to take an hour out of their busy summer and donate a pint of blood on Thursday, July 21 at the Traer Memorial Building.

Remember each donation saves the lives of three persons.

Also donations help North Tama students to receive scholarships. High school students themselves must donate in order for the school to be eligible for the scholarships.

A Pint for a Pint! Everyone who donates a pint will receive a pint of Culver’s famous frozen custard.

Please come, donate, save lives, help NT students and enjoy a treat.
