There will be an assembly to kick-off Union Middle School’s Jump Rope for Heart / Hoops for Heart event in the UMS auditorium on Friday, March 7. After the assembly, students will receive their Jump Rope for Heart / Hoops for Heart information and donation collection envelopes. Checks should be made out to the American Heart Association (AHA). Also, people may make donations on-line. The deadline for the students to turn their donation envelopes is Monday, March 17.

This event will take place in PE classes during the week of March 10 14.

Jump Rope for Heart is held on an every other year basis at Dysart-Geneseo Elementary and LaPorte City Elementary. Both schools hosted very successful events last school year. Please help support the American Heart Association and Union Middle school.
