The Dysart High School Class of 1964 celebrated 50 years on July 4 and July 5. Many of the classmates participated in the Dysart 4th of July parade and then on Saturday, July 5, 21 class members and their guests gathered at the Dysart Golf Club. Those attending were left to right in the photo – Mary Jane (Luze) Boorom, Linda (Seebach) Clymer, Janette (Waller) Schirm, Tom Gahan, Bob Sawyer, Ted McAndrews, Joan (Sawyer) Witter, Rich Lorenzen, Jane (Nelson) Edmondson, Mike Jacobsen, Shirley (Dethlefs) Lyman, Pete Williams, Annette (Baker) Petersen, Dick Palmer, Larry Thoren, Sharon (Losenicky) Carpenter, Leo Hauschildt, Kathy (VanTasell) Schuchart, Gary Dake, and Dave Hopkins. States represented were Iowa, Missouri, Colorado, Texas, Florida, and Arizona. Many memories were restored throughout the afternoon after enjoying a luncheon catered by Jackie and Fuzz Obrosk.
