The Norma Anders Public Library held their annual Halloween Spooktacular carnival Saturday, October 25. A total of ninety-six children, parents and grandparents attended the Halloween themed carnival this year. Costumed children were able to enjoy face painting, gourd bowling, a treat walk, a book walk, ring toss, cauldron toss and more. Each child received a treat bag at the end of the event. Seven lucky children won a Halloween or fall themed book donated by the library in the book walk.
