The fourteenth Dysart Women’s Club Tree of Lights project has been finalized for the year. The proceeds will be used for the renovation of the Dysart Community Building. Additional donations that were received for the project were: Blue Bulbs by Jerry & Carole Hadley in memory of Dana Prestemon, Sherry Reifenstahl in honor of Rick Claes, Don & Marilyn Hach in memory of Ed & Elfreida Hach, Robert & Evelyn McLaren in honor of Kelley McLaren, Robert & Evelyn McLaren in honor of Kaylan McLaren; Gold Bulbs by John & Pam Thiele, Doris Messer in memory of Keith Messer, Don & Janice Lyons in honor of Keely Lyons & our parents, Don & Raea Struve in honor of Bill & Bonnie Hite; Large Ornaments by June Mehlhaus, two Large Ornaments by 20th Century Women’s Club in memory of deceased club members.

The Christmas on Main celebration was held December 6. It was a fun filled morning with the Union Carolers singing, the colorful Jeune Attente Dance Group performing, energetic elementary singers and the Wolf Creek Players performed. The top tree donors were recognized. They were Karen Symonds, Doug & Mary Mehlhaus, Pat Hansen & family, Marcia & Lon Hoover, and the Fine Arts Club. The Dysart Women’s Club want to thank every one that contributed to our Community Improvement Project for the year. We appreciate every donation that was given to the Tree of Lights.
