FTC Robotics League Meets

Dysart Middle School will be hosting two separate FTC Robotics League Meets in the early days of January.

On January 3rd they will be hosting the NITO League – which includes teams from Dysart/LPC (Union’s Middle-School Teams), Denver, Belmond, Ackley, Conrad, Garner, Charles City, Mason City, Eldora …. and others.

On January 4th (the next day) they will be hosting the Grape League – which includes teams from Dysart/LPC (Union’s High-school Teams), Vinton, Hudson, Urbana, Evansdale, Jesup, Central City, Benton Community, and others.

Each league event will feature approximately 12 Robotics teams in approximately 15-20 competition matches throughout the day. These events are free and open to the public. Generous seating space and concessions will be provided. Information about the competitions and the scoring process will be provided upon arrival.

Good fun! Good Competition! Bad geek jokes! And – of course – ROBOTS!!!

Robotics is the Sport of the Mind! Come and cheer-on the students from your community as they try to win their way toward League Championships and possibly to State, Regional, and International Competitions.
