There is a new and delicious option in town for breakfast. You can now enjoy delicious food and drinks every Monday-Saturday from 8 am to 12 pm at KE Black Mercantile. KE has been serving coffee, smoothies, and a few deserts for quite some time and decided to broaden the selection.

There are several delicious options to choose from including breakfast sandwiches with either an english muffin or croissant and your choice of eggs, cheese, ham or maple flavored sausage patties. The sandwiches range from $3.00-$4.00. They also serve biscuits and gravy with jimmy dean sausage, which range from $3.75-$6.00 depending on the options you choose.

There is also a wonderful array of pancakes and French toast to choose from. This includes chocolate chip pancakes, blueberry pancakes, or just regular buttermilk pancakes. These range from $2.00 for a single cake or $3.75 for two; you can also choose to have sausage and or bacon and eggs for an addition cost as well.

The Breakfast Scramble is a big hit and comes with potatoes, fire roasted red, green, and yellow peppers and onions. Your choice of ham or sausage and topped with 3 cheeses, plus one egg served your way. The scramble also includes one piece of toast and all of this can be enjoyed for only $5.75!

On the Ala Carte menu you can choose from Oatmeal $2.50 or muffins including blueberry, cinnamon apple pecan, or double chocolate for $2.25. You can also get single items such as toast, sausage patties, bacon slices, or an extra egg and these items range anywhere from $1.00 per item to $1.65.

KE Black Mercantile also still offers their delicious smoothies and coffee drinks Monday-Saturday. These have been a big hit since KE opened its doors last April. It’s hard to go downtown and shop on Main Street without stopping for one of their yummy drinks or treats, and now also breakfast!
