Kids enjoy Easter Egg Hunt

Koy Ewoldt finds the last of his three eggs during Saturday’s Easter Egg Hunt hosted by Club Dysart. Over 400 eggs were hidden for the kids to scour the park for.

Club Dysart hosted the annual Easter Egg Hunt at City Park this past Saturday, April 4th. The sun was shining bright and trying its best to warm up the cool morning air. It was a bit chilly and windy, but that did not stop the kids from having fun. The Easter Bunny was also in attendance and had quite the power of attraction for children who wanted their picture taken with him.

The turnout was wonderful, the park was crowded and you could sense the excitement in the air. Club Dysart filled up with candy and hid over 400 Easter eggs. Each child was allowed to find three eggs. They also collected a few prizes or toys which were donated by the local businesses in town. By the end of the hunt, all eggs were accounted for, so great job finding them kids!

The Easter Egg Hunt is held annually in town and is a great event for both the children and their parents to enjoy and celebrate. To help keep this wonderful tradition alive, you can contact Club Dysart or any of the local businesses downtown about donating candy and or toys for upcoming years. Thank you to all of the volunteers who make this possible each and every year!
