13th Annual Dysart’s Old Iron Days July 24 & 25
Dysart Development Corporation’s Old Iron Days Tractor Ride will take place on July 25 starting at the Dysart City Park. Festivities start Friday evening, July 24 with the Show and Shine Car Show starting at 5 p.m. followed by a Car Cruise at 8 p.m. Sugar and Spice will be playing great old and new music in the open shelter house from 6 to 8 p.m. Many of the tractors will arrive Friday evening and will be displayed on the ball diamond.
There will be a large Flea Market going on in the Dysart City Park on Friday and Saturday and special events for the shoppers on Dysart’s Main Street with many specialty shops and stores.
This year’s Saturday event starts with the Dysart Lions serving a Biscuit and Gravy breakfast, and they will also have sweet rolls, coffee, juice and milk. Breakfast will be served from 7 to 10 a.m. The Lions famous Tenderloin Meal in the Dysart Park starts at 4:30 p.m. and they will be serving until 7 p.m. The breakfast and Tendeloin Supper are both open to the public.
Come to the Dysart City Park and watch all the special tractors leave for their ride and enjoy the morning with breakfast and visiting with friends. The tractors are scheduled to depart about 9 a.m. with two or three groups leaving a few minutes apart.
