Max Thomsen, Logan Thomsen, Jacob Holschlag, Colton Dietrick, and Tanner Hilton, who are all Alumni of the Knights Wrestling Club stopped by practice recently to encourage the youth and help train them.

A huge thank you goes out to everyone who helped and participated! It is so amazing for the younger children to be able to learn from the wrestlers they have grown up cheering on. Some as siblings, or cousins, some just as friends. Either way, this tight knit form of community and overwhelming amount of volunteerism is what makes Dysart such a wonderful place to live. So THANK YOU all!
