The exciting and inspiring agricultural exhibit, “It Takes an Iowan,” is coming to the Dysart Community Building April 13 to 18th. The exhibit was commissioned by the Silos & Smokestacks National Heritage Area of which Dysart is a part. The exhibit was featured at the the 2015 Iowa State Fair and more recently at Living History Farms in Des Moines. The large (1300 square foot) exhibit is being sponsored by the Dysart Historical Society who will be assisted by members of the Dysart Tree Board and the Dysart Women’s Club.
