Escapes Landscape & Design is opening a nursery with a greenhouse operation at 3104 East Eagle Rd, La Porte City. Shade trees, evergreens, ornamental trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals, fruits, vegetables, hanging baskets, and combination planters will all be available for retail. Other landscape products for sale will include mulch, potting soil, compost, boulders, and hardscape materials. Escapes will also be carrying a wide selection of unique pottery.

The grand opening will be April 29th with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 2 p.m.

There is a Ladie’s Night Sneak Peek event on April 21st at 6:30pm that will include appetizers, wine, raffle prizes, a landscape lighting demonstration, and nursery tours.
