The Dysart American Legion recently awarded Union High School students Lauren Krupa and Cole Moody with college scholarships.

Lauren is the daughter of Kim Krupa and Bud Krupa. She will attend the University of iowa and major in Radiation Science. After finishing her education, Lauren would like to work at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.

Cole Moody is the son of Laura and Ryan Moody. He will attend Iowa State University and major in Agriculture and Society. After finishing his education, Cole would like to find a company where he can use his skills and education in the area of agriculture policy and lawmaking to better the company.

The Dysart American Legion would like to wish both students the best of luck in their endeavors.
