Due to stormy weather, the fifth annual Dysart golf Car Cruise was postponed until Monday, August 15th. Thirty Golf Cars enjoyed the cruise around town, led by Ora and Jackie Hennessy. Following the cruise, a drawing was held for prizes. Golf car service Gift Certificates from Young’s Golf Cars were won by Jerry Hadley and Maddy Sparks. Ten dollar Dysart Dollar Certificates were won by Deb Oliver, Eric Schneider, Luke Graveman, Karen Symonds, Janie Wauters, Wilma Loutsch, Dwayne Luze, Jackie Obrosk, Ora Hennessy, and Pat Hansen. Everyone enjoyed the Music on Main and the free popcorn courtesy of the DDC. The event was sponsored by the DDC and the Dysart Hospitality and Tour (H.A.T.) Team. The sixth annual Dysart Golf Car Cruise is scheduled for the second Thursday in August in 2017.
