Redhawk volleyball team keeps on winning

The Class 1A No. 8 North Tama volleyball team continued its undefeated run through the Iowa Star South Division, taking down CAL in three sets at home on Tuesday (September 26), 25-6, 25-6, 25-3.
Karly Jans was the top offensive player for the Redhawks (19-3, 3-0) with nine kills, followed by Katie Kopriva with six. Takoa Kopriva led in digs with four, while Isabel Sierra had 15 assists against the Cadets (1-12, 0-2).
During their run, the girls also earned a victory over one-loss Collins-Maxwell back in September, sweeping the Spartans in three sets, 25-17, 25-16, 25-17. The Rehawks are now 19-3 overall.
