Members of the North Tama Dance Team under the direction of Coach Dylan Rohlfsen presented their competition showcase to the public in the Redhawks’ gymnasium last Sunday afternoon ahead of the 2022 Iowa State Dance/Drill Team State Championships. Rohlfsen is a 2021 North Tama graduate now in her first year of college at UNI. “Going from being on the team to the head coach has been an adjustment,” Rohlfsen said following the performance. “As a [first year head coach] it’s very overwhelming as I’m taking this on while being at college but I absolutely love it!” Dance team members include captain/senior Jules Breakenridge, juniors Grace Lidgett, Olivia Ketter, and Jadyn Rausch, and freshman Faith Dvorak, Grace Kennedy, and Ava Monat.
