Redhawks erupt to run past Rockford, 12-4

ROCKFORD — The North Tama baseball team used a six-run eruption to reel in its third-straight win, beating Rockford 12-4 on Friday, June 6.
The Redhawks (5-3) scored six times in the top of the fourth inning to take a commanding 8-1 lead.
Clayton Williams went 4-for-4 with four runs scored to lead North Tama, while Braydon Stickles was 3-for-5 with a run and three RBIs. Kayvin Morris added two hits, a run and an RBI. Kolt Knaack hit an RBI triple and scored.
Maddux Rausch pitched three innings for the win, allowing one run on one hit and one walk while striking out four. Bryce Dostal, Chaz Hall and Knaack combined for the final four innings to finish off the Warriors (0-7).
