Dvorak becomes third Redhawk grappler this season to reach 100 wins

VINTON – North Tama senior wrestler Drayke Dvorak became the third Redhawk wrestler this season to reach the coveted 100 career wins milestone after competing on Thursday, Jan. 29, in a multi-team dual hosted by Vinton-Shellsburg that also included Grinnell, Iowa Valley, and Regina Catholic (Iowa City). Wrestling at 138 pounds, Dvorak (fourth from right) went 3-0 on the evening, notching pinfall wins over Grinnell’s Ayden Cameron in 1 minute, 18 seconds, and Regina’s AJ White in 3 minutes, 12 seconds. He also recorded a win by 16-1 technical fall over Iowa Valley’s Brycen Schwabe. Dvorak joins fellow Redhawk senior wrestlers Addy Hochstetler (second from right) and Max Monat (third from right) in reaching 100 career wins this season.
