Harrison celebrates 80th on Dec. 25

Rebecca (Becky) Harrison will celebrate her 80th birthday on Christmas day with her family and with a card shower.

She was born December 25, 1933 near La Porte City to John and Hazel Sellers. She spent her growing up years in Mt. Auburn, Iowa. In 1952, she moved to Traer and married George Harrison. He passed away in 1995. She continues to live in Traer.

Her family includes her daughter Mary Ann (John) Novak of Traer; two granddaughters, Sarah Novak also of Traer, and Angie (Kurt) Weidemann of Hawkeye, Iowa; two great-grandsons, Keegan & Quinton Weidemann.
