Sarah Caroline Dvorak

Jay and Jennifer Dvorak of Clutier are pleased to announce the birth of their fourth child, a daughter, named Sarah Caroline, born April 14, 2015 at 5:48 p.m. at Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids, IA. She weighed 7 lbs 4 oz and was 19 1/2 inches long. She is joyfully welcomed home by big sister Andrea, age 11, and big brothers Jared, age 9 and Paul age 6. Grandparents include Jo Ann and the late Steve Himschoot of Traer and Joe G. and Connie Dvorak of Clutier. Great grandparents include Delores Klang of Clear Lake and Neal Himschoot of Buckingham.
