Todd and Diane Karr of Montour are announcing the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter Emily Ann to Paul Lee Martin. Paul is the son of Melidy and Reginald Martin of Union. A ceremony is being planned for August 22, 2015. Friends of the families are welcome to come congratulate the couple at a reception that evening at the Beaman Memorial Hall at 7:30 p.m.
